Apartments for Holiday in Tuscany

The reservation becomes binding on our accommodation only at the time of receiving a receipt for payment of deposit or credit card.

When your reservation requests will be confirmed will receive a voucher (confirmation by mail or fax), which you must show the check-in at our reception.

  • Check-in: Saturday 14.30 - 18.30

  • Check-out: Saturday before 10.00

  • The price of the apartments include: Electricity, Iva 10%, water, gas, initial Linen

  • The price of apartments does not include: Heating, cleaning Finals: € 30.00, Animals: € 40.00

  • The reservation is valid after receiving a deposit (30% of total cost) within 3 days after confirmation of availability.
    Where the option of 3 days is violated without the payment of the deposit, the reservation is automatically canceled

  • Upon arrival guests, taken of the vision, must pay the remaining in cash or by credit card;

  • Upon arrival will be required to guarantee the security of any damage at the Euro 150.00 which will be returned in full at the start after verifying the status of the same

  • The final mandatory Clean € 30.00

Terms of withdrawal

Since the final booking by the customer, in the event of cancellation of the reservation, will be applied to the same penalties following cancellation:
